2. เอกสารหรือข้อมูลที่ต้องใช้ (Required Documents or Information)
เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนของคุณและป้องกันการลบข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต โปรดเตรียมข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้ :
To verify your identity and prevent unauthorized data deletion, please provide the following information :
- ชื่อ–นามสกุลของคุณ
Your full name
- อีเมลหรือหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้กับระบบ
Registered email or phone number
- หมายเลขการจอง (ถ้ามี)
Booking reference number (if applicable)
- สำเนาบัตรประชาชนหรือเอกสารยืนยันตัวตน (ตามความเหมาะสม)
A copy of your identification card or other identity verification document (as appropriate)
3. ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการ / Processing Time
หลังจากได้รับคำขอและเอกสารที่ครบถ้วนเราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลของคุณภายใน 7-14 วันทำการ โดยจะแจ้งยืนยันผลการลบข้อมูลผ่านช่องทางที่คุณระบุ
Upon receiving your request and all required documents, we will process the deletion of your data within 7-14 business days. A confirmation of the deletion will be sent via the communication channel you specified.
